Welcome to Medical Counselling. By using this website, filling out our enquiry forms, or subscribing to our consultation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Medical Counselling is an independent educational consultancy platform. We provide advisory guidance, information, documentation coordination, and processing support for medical admissions. We do not run colleges, nor do we guarantee seat allotments which are strictly governed by the MCC, state authorities, or university entrance committees based on merit.
While we make every effort to keep cutoffs, fee packages, and eligibility criteria up-to-date based on university updates, educational policies and fees are subject to changes by governing bodies or university administrations. We are not responsible for discrepancies arising from sudden official policy shifts.
By submitting enquiry forms, you agree to provide authentic, accurate, and complete educational transcripts and identification proofs. Providing fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of counselling services and forfeiture of any service charges.
Service charges or consultation fees paid to our consultancy are subject to terms outlined in individual service agreement contracts. Generally, registration fees and administrative processing fees are non-refundable once documentation has been submitted to foreign universities or government departments.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website or our services after updates are published indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
